Between the engine, transmission and the computer on this car, something isn't working in unison in order for this car to be able to achieve the advertised mileage rating listed for my car. At present, my AVERAGE MILEAGE COMBINED for this car is 27.9. Far less than what is being advertised for this model. It has been back to the dealership twice for poor performance issues relating to this issue. Nissan did do a "computer reprogram" to correct the issue and to this date, still very poor performance and mileage. All of there testing for the E>P>A> mileage ratings is done at there factory in Franklin tn on a "dynometer" to be able to get maximum mileage ratings to be posted on there window invoices. MINE YOU, NONE OF THIS IS REAL ROAD TESTING AT ALL AS IT SHOULD BE. Nissan USA.com says it all depends on the driver as to how you drive the vehicle. Many complaints about this as well as the other issues listed above, should make this qualify for the LEMON LAW. This can't be done here in the state of North Carolina due to NO ENFORCEMENT RULES that pertain to the consumer. At present, i have less than 10,000 miles on this car that i really don't want and NO-ONE THAN CAN LEND A HELPING HAND TO ENFORCE THIS ISSUE. SO, THIS IS A BUYER BEWARE NOTICE FOR ALL OF THOSE THAT READ THIS.

Its my first Nissan and maybe my last . Bought the car used 10500 miles now has 11800. Iam only getting 21mpg so much for 30 to 40. The shifting sucks up shift drags and down shift feels hard. Shocks bottoms out over speed bumps...Over all body and styling is great, interior feels nice, iam 5 8 any taller you might hit the roof.
