MY GRANDSON WAS IN BACK SEAT, LOCKED UP AND THE SEAT BELT STARTED TO TIGHTEN UP ON HIM, TO THE POINT WHERE IT WAS HURTING HIM REALLY BAD. HE IS BRUISED UP PRETTY BAD. SO WE HAD TO CUT THE SEAT BELT OFF OF HIM.
