My car just started to have transmission problems. It started to forced especially on hills and the transmission started to force itself and the at 115000 miles the transmission stopped working since it gave us the P 2767. It is just absolutely ridiculous that a new car would not last more than 4 to 5 years without having to replace a vital part of the vehicle. It-??s just a shame to find out that issues like this happen to a lot of people with the same type of car as mine and that this issue the manufacturers can-??t take responsibility and do the right thing and address this issue. We made an effort to get a new car thinking that it would give us a pease of mind for at least 10 years since it was not a pocket change price tag. We believed it was an investment or reassurance of not having issues since it was a brand new car.

Transmission went out at 167,000 miles. I bought the car used 3 years ago and have kept up the maintenance on the vehicle. About 6 months ago, I was driving home and the vehicle wouldn't accelerate above 20 mph. I kept cutting it on and off and trying to let it sit for a bit then trying to drive again. It wouldn't go above 20 mph. I had it checked out by a mechanic and was told I need a whole new transmission. He said that most of these transmissions don't get more than 120,000 before they go out. I then googled this issue to find so many complaints and Nissan is doing nothing about it. I even called Nissan to speak to someone about it and they acknowledged that they are aware of the transmission issues with this model but there isn't a recall so it will be up to me to pay for the repair. This is obsurd!!!! A company has put a faulty transmission in a vehicle and they are fully aware but do nothing to help their customers. I still owe $9k on the vehicle so I am out so much money.

When I purchased my car in July of 2020 there was a 6 month warranty on it and my RPM gage started bouncing while I was driving and having issues switching gears seeming like a transmission problem in October of 2020, I brought my car up to the dealership on November 3 of 2020 specifically even saying that I thought something was wrong with my transmission and they said nothing was wrong and I have proof, I brought it back several times with the same complaint and it was getting worse even after my warranty and they still said nothing was wrong. Now my engine light is one and my car will rev passed 3 RPM and my car wil not switch gears and I can-??t go faster than 15 miles an hour. Something needs to be down I will not purchase a new transmission when I-??ve brought it back to be checked several times something needs to be done about this now please.
