As discussed with Showroom Manager Mr. Sandeep & his team Saad Sales Associate, today on the issue of painting defects (Cracking) on the bonnet of my Nissan Sunny XV booked on 31st evening @ 7:30 IST.
On the day of delivery I've insisted that there are couple of scratches & loaded with dust on the body & inside.
As there was wood work & putty work along with delivery of new vehicles under one hood and with dust pouring from the showroom extension they have been going ahead the teflon coating all under the cellar.
No pre-delivery checklist has been submitted or delivered as per the showroom standards and this has been communicated to Saad & team. Even I've considered & left with my car. And then followed by next day I could see these issues popping out as shown to the team.
As directed I've been driven by Fortune Nissan Team person to the workshop located @ Uppal & the team (Mr. Siva Kumar, Mr. Waseem, Mr. NR Shekar), they have done the initial emmery paper workout on the paint cracking areas & tried to sort it but unfortunately they couldn't fight the challenge.
They have taken photographs to share it with the NISSAN Manufacturer as shared info.
The Body Shop, AM & the Service Manager promised to get this issue done on 9th NOV'12 with a out repainting as given on a written CI Sheet.
I request the Fortune Nissan Team & the Service Team to kindly rectify this issue with mere priority & avoid flaws.
This is my humble request & lest march in good terms & long term relationship.
