The contact owns a 2004 Nissan Titan. The contact received a recall notice for NHTSA campaign id number 08V284000. She was upset that she would have to drive a total of 75 miles in order to have her vehicle repaired. She was informed that the manufacturer was not liable for the distance she had to travel to have the recall repair performed. There had been no failure to date. The current mileage was less than 50,000. Updated 07/01/09 updated 07/06/09.
