I contacted Nissan about the bad paint, they said they did not have a paint issue. If you look at any NissanTitan the paint is falling off the roof and the hood.

Titan XE 5.6L V8

  • Automatic transmission
  • 106,928 miles

I noticed in May of 2016 that a a quarter size paint spot was missing on the top of my fender. It was a little annoying. This weekend we came back from camping and when loading up my truck I noticed that the paint on my roof long the rain gutters is peeling and the top is really chipping along the roof.

Titan LX 5.4L

  • Automatic transmission
  • 139,000 miles

Door paint pitting to bare metal. Now rusting. There's like 50 to 100 pits on the doors, none on fenders or bed, so it has to be a paint problem.
