No accident or injury as of yet. However, I have been experiencing brake judder issues on my 2004 Nissan Titan evry 3000 to 5000 miles. I currently have 10,900 miles on the truck, and have just brought it back to the dealer for the third time for repair of this issue. Judjing from my experience, and that of other Titan owners, it is reasonably clear to me that we are dealing with an inferior design of the brake system on this truck and it is only a matter of time before someone is killed. This is a problem that Nissan has been dealing with for months now, but with no good resolution. It has even been rumored from a very reliable source at Nissan, that the problem extends back to a misplaced purchase order for hundreds of thousands of the brake parts. Rather than order the right parts, and delay shipment, Nissan has elected to build the trucks and deal with the problem later. I hope that there can be some kind of investigation into this problem, with the outcome being a forced recall (not just a tsb).
