I am a business executive. I have 3 vehicles. I bought my Titan new in 2005, fully loaded crew cab.

I took my Titan to the dealer (SANSONE on Rt 66 in Neptune, NJ) to repair a gas line leak. The gas line is a separate part and attaches to the gas tank. The dealer told me Nissan only sells the gas line with the gas tank and the repair will cost $1,100.00! I previously purchased the 100,000 mile warranty from the dealer when I bought the truck NEW, which expired last year. The dealer said they could not repair the gas line without replacing the tank because Nissan does not sell that part separately. I called the Nissan customer service line and opened a case. They said they would not cover the repair and they will not sell the gas line separately. I've bought several new Nissans in the past. I WILLL NEVER BUY ANOTHER NISSAN.

To make matters worse, the sales rep offered me a rental car because they took 4 days to repair the truck. I told him to apply that offer to reduce the cost of the repair. He said he would see what he could do. When I sent to pick up the car, he was not there. The person on the phone said they called him at home and he denied ever saying that. So on top of not addressing my issue, they lied. Nice.
