The contact owns a 2007 Nissan Titan. The contact stated that the brake pedal seemed spongy and it was very low. It almost extended to the floor. She noticed the failure every time she drove the vehicle. She called the dealership but did not have the vehicle inspected, because she felt they were aggressive and confrontational she took the vehicle to a repair shop and was told that the brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced. The contact had not called the manufacturer to-date. The vehicle was repaired at the time of the complaint. The current mileage was approximately 14,525. The failure mileage was approximately 14,000.
