I took the vehicle in for service, not exactly sure on dates. They said there was a recall on a actuator for the air flow system for the AC/heater. They replaced the actuator and I went straight from the dealer to the ATM. ON the way to the ATM I was at a stop light and the veh in front was a diesel and all I could smell was diesel exhaust. I reached down and pressed "MAX AC" button as this should close the fresh air vent and change to recirculate. While at the ATM it was 100+ degrees outside so the AC was "ON" with the "MAX AC" button pushed. While setting still at the ATM the air flow and sound of the air flow changed drastically. I turned to look to see who was setting the passenger seat messing with the AC controls, oh but wait, I am by myself. I looked to make sure that the system had not just shut itself off or maybe it was like a Toyota and at some temperature it turns itself off recirculate. But no it was just as I set it at the light behind the diesel truck. I called the dealer to advise of what happened and he said bring it in to make sure everything is connected and nothing was missed. Took it back a few days later and everything was connected as it should be.
