A/C evaporator blew a hole in it, releasing every ounce of freon into the passenger cabin (looked like a dense fog rolling out of the vents). This is an extremely dangerous issue, since freon is highly poisonous. Luckily, I knew what freon smelled like, and rolled down the windows to evacuate it from the cabin. I fixed it myself, but based on how long it took and how hard it is to get to, it would cost probably $700-$1000 to have a mechanic fix the issue.
