At just 37, 000 miles, one thousand outside of warranty I had to get a new stick shift installed at the dealership for 980.00. I thought because the warranty had just run out and it was far too soon for such a significant problem that Nissan should give me free repair or huge discount. Neither Nissan or the dealership wanted to help me. After a tremendous amount of asking, complaining and begging for help, the dealership gave me a15 percent discount on the parts and Nissan gave me 200.00 toward repair. Big deal. They also were nasty on phone. Stick shift was stuck in park so I had to pay 100.00 for tow and took two calls cos needed a flatbed tow and first responder didn't have one. I just found out they have a recall on11 and 12 models for same problem. A least these new buyers will get the help
