Carried car into shop to have oil changed, when I went to take the car to the shop for the oil change, the floor on the passenger side was completely flooded with water (it had NOT rained that day). The car had not been driven for a couple of days. According to the dealership shop, it had been the AC to flood the car.

They had to order some parts (drip-cup, hose) from the factory, when the dealership received these, the mechanic who put these on said they did not work correctly, so he had to "rig" them to make these work. I consider this as sub-standard workmanship.

So far, we're NOT happy with this car.

It seems to be one problem after another with this car. Yes we know that any type of car can have a "bad-apple" in them, but to have THIS MANY problems with one? Wayyyyyyyyyy to many we think.
