Nissan tried to fix back brake knocking problem several times. It would be good for a few hundred miles, and then return again. On the 4th visit to the dealership, under warranty, service manager told me, I would have to pay to get them fixed, because everything in the past LOOKED good visually. The car was still early in the warranty period. Told them, I was not paying for anything, it was a brand new car with back brakes knocking. Contacted in writing, to Consumer Affairs with Nissan; rep left a message, that he would call back. Never heard from him again or dealer concerning this matter. Pep boys fixed it for $50, replaced springs on drum brakes. This is why I will never buy another Nissan Car.
