Really, really upset, I didn't buy a new car expecting the transmission to go out in less than five years. They want to charge me $4100.00 to change the transmission, unbelievable. This was my first new car, never again. accelerate

NISSAN VERSA 2009 the worst model ever made by NISSAN the Nissan reps and dealers are all in it together. they don't tell you about the recalls and problems with the vehicle, you have to go and research it yourself. even then,, they lie and say you have to pay the money. This particular car i bought brand new from BOARDWALK Nissan in Fremont, who lied to me and said it was new then i find out DMV will not register it as boardwalk Nissan lied, then i had to get a lawyer who took money from Nissan and Nissan paid me 3000 dollars for the cheating. thereafter, first the car got the exhaust changed.
thereafter two years later, the CVT transmission failed.
Each time the Nissan dealers and the Northern American Nissan would pretend not to know about the recalls, till i sent them the paper work in their face. now, the car is again giving trouble and the transmission got stuck in Parking mode and the car had to be towed by AAA to Fremont Nissan dealer, and the Fremont Nissan dealership the cheats that they are, kept my car for 2 days and told me they will check everything,
They did not check everything but instead charged me for a 2 day rental which was unnecessary and cheating on their part, as my car was apparently in driving condition. However, when I complained to them that though it was driving there was a problem with the ignition switch which was not there prior to me having left the car at the dealership, they told me that the battery in my key chain needed to be changed. So I went ahead and changed the battery and the problem still persisted. I called them and complained to the dealership but the guy in charge shouted at me on the phone and won't let me talk. Then I complained to Nissan of Northern America, this lady, who claims she is the head of Nissan of Northern America, a real rude and sassy woman, who first told me Nissan of Northern America cannot interfere with anything the dealer does.
Then when I complained again and said I wanted a different investigator, they again had that lady on the phone who called up the dealer in front of me, who again shouted and lied to me on the phone. She told him that she was sorry that , the customer, was upset and then told me that Nissan of Northern California cannot help at all.
I AM DISGUSTED. I want to know whom else I can complain about this lies and cheating by NISSAN. My car is still giving me trouble. The cheating FREMONT NISSAN DEALERSHIP gave me a 2 day car rental, which was not necessary, as they kept my car there and did not do any diagnostic on it at all.
Then they told me that they were doing me a favor by giving me a free diagnostic. None of the problems I had were addressed in their diagnostic. I spoke to Alex there who said he had my car running in 5 minutes after I was told to leave with the rental. Shameful lying behavior by Fremont NISSAN. Every time I called, they have a different reason why my car is giving me trouble. MY PROBLEM STILL REMAINS UNRESOLVED
