The dealer wouldn't cover this and wanted $50 per hub cap. I think 2 of them had already come off. I went to the tire store and got permanent rims for just a few dollars more.

These hub caps are the cheapest POS I have ever seen. The plastic they are made of is cheap and gets brittle. I was on a trip and stopped for gas only to discover that I had lost the right rear hub cap. On the way back home I found that the right front was gone. The left front as barely hanging on when I got out of my car when I got home. That's when I discovered that the hub caps hooks were breaking off. I went to the local Auto Zone and purchased a set of aftermarket replacements for about the same cost as one from the local Nissan Dealer. I purchased my Versa new in 2009 and have never had any problems with it until now. I also own a 2011 Hyundai Accent the cheapest they make and it's hub caps can't come off until you remove the lug nuts.

Low quality parts. Nissan is not the same anymore. Every one is out to save a few dollars on manufacturing low quality parts.

Have seen quite few Versa's with missing hubcaps.I would not purchase another Versa or a Nissan model
