The contact owns a 2009 Nissan Versa. While driving approximately 55 mph, the rear defroster button failed and the contact was unable to see out the rear window. The failure occurred on multiple occasions. The vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic who stated that the rear defroster button needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 15,000.
