The contact owns a 2011 Nissan Versa. While turning the vehicle at a low speed, the contact heard a loud noise near the steering column. The noise was heard for six months. The dealer stated that the strut mounts and spring tubs needed to be replaced. The vehicle was not repaired and the manufacturer was notified. The approximate failure mileage was 33,000.
