The contact owns a 2011 Nissan Versa. The contact stated that the vehicle was taken to an independent mechanic to have the tires replaced. While attempting to perform a four wheel alignment, the contact was informed that the rear axle had shifted which made it impossible to align the rear wheels. The contact was also informed that the vehicle was leaning from the front to the rear. The vehicle was taken to the dealer to be diagnosed. The contact was informed that the leaning was a characteristic of the vehicle. The vehicle was not repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 92,000.
