I took the car in last year a couple of times and said something was wrong with the transmission. They verbally told me they replaced it. My son said it still sounds bad but I thought it was replaced. It totally stopped working two weeks ago. So I had it towed to the closest Nissan dealer. He said it was the transmission. I said no problem it is under warranty. When he checked he told me they couldn't find anything wrong so they did nothing. I called corporate and after two weeks of not hearing and calling them back they said their decision is it is my problem. Will not do anything. They know I brought it in last year at a little under 100,000 miles for the transmission but 30000 later until it just gave out is to much over. I have bought 5 Nissans and will never buy another one. I still owe $9000 on this one so I am going to decide if I trash it, fix it and sell it and take a $7000 hit or just call Nissan and tell them to pick it up because I am not making one more payment. Of course I will get another car first because I am not sure of the credit hit.
