The contact owns a 2012 Nissan Versa. When the contact attempted to exit the vehicle, the driver's door failed to open. The vehicle was taken to orange coast Nissan (2850 harbor blvd, costa mesa, ca 92626), but the vehicle was not diagnosed or repaired. In addition, the rear driver's side brake light failed to illuminate. The state police informed the driver of the failure pertaining to the rear brake light. The vehicle was not taken to a dealer or independent mechanic. The manufacturer was not notified. The approximate failure mileage was 46,000.
