The contact owns a 2014 Nissan Versa. While driving approximately 30 mph, the contact's foot became stuck when the accelerator pedal was depressed. The accelerator pedal was encased in plastic at the time of the failure. The failure recurred several times. The dealer stated that the vehicle was designed in that manner. The vehicle was not repaired and the manufacturer was notified. The approximate failure mileage was 250. Updated 09/05/14 updated 12/3/2014
