Driving home from Houston and car just start losing power, no gas pedal. Out of the blue I am stuck on the highway without a clue. Car has been getting regular services and we have a history of it. Looked into recalls and found that earlier models same car have had issues. I was told by dealership (Carmax and Nissan) "oh well, nothing we can do". Not even a suggestion, just "oh well"!!!!!!

It is very frustrating to know that Nissan knew there is a transmission problem with this year and cut off what mileage they will cover. We have a 2016 with 120,000 miles and the car just died while driving it. I was at a stop sign and it just stopped. It was 100 degrees outside and we have been thankful enough to have people who helped push it to the side. Nissan wanted over $4500 to repair it. I haven't even finished paying it off. So now what? No car. And how is Nissan helping with their defects...
Oh well, too bad.
