Versa Note SV 1.6L I4

  • CVT transmission
  • 15,255 miles

This car is barely 40 months old with only 15,255 miles on it. Evidently the ABS actuator failing also stops the speedometer, turns on the BRAKE light, check engine light, traction control light, abs light and kills the horn making the car Very unsafe to drive. Nissan dealer referred me to 1 800 nissan1 for possible help due to the safety issue but Nissan could care less how unsafe it is, One hour over the 36 month warranty and they won't help with cost of repairs at all. I'm afraid to give the dealer the $2237 to replace the ABS actuator because they can't guarantee that will turn out all those lights. Bottom line, I have an expensive piece of junk in my back yard and at this moment am still seething and trying to determine my next move. Lawsuit?
