Seat belt on the driver's side has been replaced on (3) different occasions, on 11/24/97, 3/12/98 & 6/12/98. When pulling the belt it makes a rattling noise. The same noise is coming from the seat belt system again. Dealer stated noise came from the linkage and alignment rod hitting door.
