Consumer stated that while driving in the rain the windshield wiper's stopped rotating normally and began "jumping" around erratically as if someone was beating them directly onto windshield. Consumer turn vehicle off/on and wipers continued to function erratically until the wiper motor burned out. Now wipers are completely inoperative.
