problem #1

Jul 152016

Alero ES 3.2L V6

  • Automatic transmission
  • 103,500 miles

The car starts every time, however after it is started and running, put it in gear and within one min, the lights in the dash come on. The ones that come on every time are the Anti-Lock, Traction Control, and Service Car Soon. I was told it was the Ignition switch. So I spent the money and ordered one, for a cost of $98.00, took two hours to put it in (myself.) Needless to say, that didn't fix the problem. Took it to garage to have a tester put on it and find out the reason why. But they claim there is no code's that come up. Yet the car is due for inspection in January, and they wont inspect it with the lights on. The sad thing is, the car is in great shape outside of this problem. NEED HELP !!!!!!!!
