I've had several problems with my Alero, but one that really grinds my gears is when the "Service Engine Soon" light came on before it even hit 30,000 miles.... grr. Now it is up to 60,000 mile and ever since it hit 50,000 miles it sometimes won't start. Are you freaking kidding me, it is 2005 and this car is a 2004.. wtf? I might understand if it was like a 1980 and had like 200,000 miles on it. They need to recall it and give me a new one.. cause I can't afford to buy a new one or pay someone to fix it.

I'm so disgusted at this point. I have had several diagnostic checks on my engine and they read 2nd fuel injector sticking, so I have added tons of fuel system/injector cleaner, but to no avail, It's still a problem. I am still seeing that "check engine soon" light. The car idles rough and the performance is not up to par. My warranty is out, and I'm not ready to set a mechanic loose on my engine to find God only knows what. Any suggestions on what to do next? Something that possibly won't cost and arm and leg. I'm so tired of looking at that stupid "check engine soon" light I could spit. And I would if I thought it would fix my problem.
