  • 58,000 miles
I had just purchased my 1995 Oldsmobile Aurora in 8/2007 with under 60,000 miles and I noticed the card was slamming into gear and also not shifting correctly. Almost like transmission was slipping. I spent over $1200 in motor mount repairs and the issue cont. Until I pulled off from a 2waystop and my car would not mv from the middle of the street. I was almost hit by oncoming traffic on both sides of me and I had a small child strapped in a car seat in the back seat...at this point I took my car to hv the transmission rebuilt. The issue continued after this and I was told to replace the alternator. I did this and the issue stopped but I cont to hv electrical prob with the car like the windows not rolling down or seat not able to mv bk/frth. I was able to use the sunroof but this has stopped again recently and the issues with power have started again. It is beginning to get shifty and I am concerned to the point of anxiety when crossing intersections. Also I was told when I took my car to hv a tune up done I was told there was an electrical issue as the mechanic informed me he rmvd a fuse which seemed to be smoking. This had since been rplcd.
