I own a 2000 olds Bravada SUV, I recently had a problam with my turn signals and took the back to the dealership for repair. They said I had a short in the switch and repaired it.I paid the bill. When I got home I started some research on the internet.the part number 26100837 switch (turn signal / hazard switch) appears to be the same part that was listed in a recall notice from GM by the national highway safety admin. My question is, is this the same part, and should I have to pay for a recalled item?

Vehicle has no brake lights or signal lights. Dealership is aware of problem. Also, multi switch needs to be replaced.
