Cutlass LS 3.1L

car stalls when i go to stop or slow down. is a damn death trap. Ignition went out fixed that. sent back they fixed i do not know what, something with ignition. will kill 15 times a day if i drive enough. killed 8 times in three miles. anyone know whats wrong
