Cutlass Supreme 3.1L

I have had my 1993 olds cutlass supreme in the shop many many times for overheating. After a few thousand dollars in total, they tell me it is fixed. IT'S NOT!!!! My car is overheating but there is no steam. I have been trying to find out where the fan temperature sensor is located and no one seems to have an answer. No one has any answers as to what the problem is!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
