The windshield wiper does not go down all the way to the bottom when the windshield wiper is off, and this creates a blind spot. When the wiper is in motion for an extended amount of time, the low speed will not operate (the high speed still works). Consumer states the wiper currently will not fully sweep the driver's field of vision.
