After almost 20 years and 90,000 miles, the car had its first non-regular-maintenance problem, and the power steering return hose needed to be replaced.
The new hose cost me about $4, and was easy to install. After I finished I topped off the fluid with Mercon/Dexron III, and everything was OK again.
