Seatbelt system with a little "black part" breaks, and does not retract. This black part, which is on the "male end" of the seat belt, contains three springs, and when it is broken, there is no longer tension in the belt. Without tension, the belt will no longer hold the css securely. Dealer replaced all seatbelts.
