Chrysler says generation 4 seat belts are not available for my vehicle--even if I pay for the expense--I want to replace my gen3 with gen4.

Drivers side seatbelt "D" ring has 3 fractures, all in different places. One fracture is very large and the other two are of good size. The vehicle has never been involved in a collision and no abnormal stress has been placed upon this componet to cause such fractures. It is reasonably new and was not there as of about 2 months ago. I just discovered it on or about 09-05-01.
