The contact owns a 1998 Plymouth Grand Voyager. The contact stated that she smelled fuel coming from the vehicle. Also, the contact mentioned that the instrument panel failed to illuminate. The vehicle was taken to a private mechanic where it was diagnosed that the fuel pump module assembly and instrument cluster assemblies needed to be replaced. The manufacturer was made aware of the failure and stated the vehicle was not included in NHTSA campaign number 06E091000 (fuel system, gasoline). The vehicle was not repaired. The approximate failure mileage was unknown and the current mileage was 77,000.

My entire instrument panel suddenly quit working and my check engine light and ABS light are always on. The wipers start on their own whenever they like and I have to manually time when I turn them off because the wipers will not return to the bottom on their own.
