The strut tower on my '99 Plymouth Grand Voyager has rusted out on the drivers side. My dealer has informed me that it is a safety issue and needs to be addressed right away. When looking on-line at this problem, many other people have the same issue. It seems that they should have a recall, or fix the problem.

I own a 1999 Plymouth Voyager minivan. It has 75,000 miles and the strut towers, an itegral part of the suspension/steering system are failing. Rust has compromised therir structural integrity. Except for strange sounds from the area of the towers no incidents have occurred thus far.
