PLYMOUTH KNEW THAT THE PAINT WAS DEFECTED WHEN THEY WERE PLACE ON EVERY NEON PAINTED THAT COLOR. IT WAS REPORT THE PAINT WAS DEFECTED BUT PLYMOUTH NEVER DONE ANYTHING TO FIX THEIR ERROR.
