Vehicle was involed in an accident; impact of 40 mph, in which both air bags failed to deploy. Also, driver seat belt did not lock, causing the driver to hit windshield, and rear seat passengers (children) to receive minor injuries to eye and ears. Dealer/manufacturer were not contacted at this time.
