Child safety seat locked while child was attached in seat.

#EA97003, the straps on the integral part of the child safety seat lock up real tight, making removal of the child very difficult. This has happened about (4) or (5) times on seat by sliding door, about (3) times on the other seat, since purchase of vehicle in November of 1995. Vehicle not seen by dealer.
