Passenger's seatback latch failed not being able to adjust seat back. Latch when moved caused back to drop abruptly with no warning. There is no way to adjust seatback at different tilts.

Driver's side back rest is collapsing which is causing a problem for driver to position himself to drive properly. Dealer notified, and refused to repair unless cost goes to consumer.
