Windshield wipers fail intermittently and have caused consumer to slam on brakes and drive into a ditch as vision was impaired when the washer fluid was not washed off by the wipers. Nlm

After taking vehicle to the car wash consumer noticed water had entered into the passenger's compartment, water entered on the passenger's side. Also, windshield wipers stalled and hood did not fully close. Consumer has contacted dealer.
