Bought this car two years ago for my teenage daughter to drive back and forth to school. Noticed external leak this fall coming from coolant pipe and just kept adding coolant till I could get it fixed. After three weeks she calls me and says car stalled and has a bad knocking noise. Went to car on the side of the road and removed oil filler cap after hearing knocking from engine and lo and behold, the dreaded green snot was on the filler cap. Got car home, drained oil, and removed oil pan, number 1 and two rod bearings had spun and main bearing also. Cost of replacing engine is more than car is worth.
