Took my daughters Pontiac G6 in for recall repairs on Friday Nov 14, 2014. She went to pick it up that evening, they couldn't find her car. After 10 minutes to find her car and 30 minutes to find her keys when she got on the bypass her cruise control didn't work. I called and she returned the car to the dealer at 7:00 Monday morning. At about 3:30 pm I hadn't heard anything so I called. Once they could finally find someone to answer my question he told me it was the BCM ($860). Then he stated that the recall work was not anywhere near the BCM. Well, if that's the case they didn't do the recall work because reprogramming the BCM was part of the recall work. Now I don't know what to do. I know I can't take it back to that dealer because I don't trust them.
