I was driving and the service vehicle (not check engine light) came on and I lost power steering on my vehicle while driving a curvy road with traffic. I narrowly missed getting into a vehicle to vehicle accident. I parked the car, turned it off and restarted to find that the power steering was back to normal. I continued home and the same problem happened again. The belts were inspected and they are fine. There is also a clunking noise and feeling in the steering wheel that GM says is normal. It is not to me!!!
