This problem may be covered under warranty. Ask your Pontiac dealer.
The folding rear seat latches were broken on both seats. Once I pulled down the rear seats to test them out they would not latch back up. The dealer replaced the latches under the CPO warranty.

OKAY Owners of this car, If you purchased your car from a dealership, it might help to go get a print out of the service records on your car. This repair was done before I purchased the car and can only think the previous owner was p* off, enough to take the car back because the mileage is close to when I purchased it. NOT SURE what the problem was exactly so will list just as print out states.

Your guess is as good as mine wonder what else was done obviously something as it ended with Or? Please take the time to post your complaints, I kept my end of the warranty deal had it serviced oil changed everything to keep warranty - STILL ended in ACCIDENT causing brain injury to husband that also played a part in his death 10-09-09 - It's time everything comes out on this car IT IS DANGEROUS please do not let teenagers drive this car. I lost my husband who was my best friend of 26 years, please do not let this happen to anyone else

the driver side power seat does not raise evenly. This is just annoying. It makes a noise when I hit bumps like a spring is loose.
