: the contact stated when making a left hand turn at 5 mph, the vehicle was struck head on in the drivers side door. The left frontal air bag deployed, but the front side curtain air bags failed to deploy. A police report and photos were taken and seatbelts were worn. Both vehicles were totaled and both drivers were taken to the hospital. The injuries to the contact included a small tear to a tendon in the left shoulder and a concussion which caused post concussion syndrome. No information was available on the other driver. The roads were dry and clear. The manufacturer had not been notified.
