2006 Pontiac G6, vehicle began to shake and right front tire came off. Unit 1 pulled over onto the right berm where it became disabled. According to the police report, the lug nuts became loose and fell out due to the shaking of the vehicle. (Ohio traffic crash report #10-0461-90) updated 09/13/10
