So the breaks were squeaking and along with replacing my rotors (which also didn't work) I put all new break pads. Same thing happened a week later. yay

I am guessing at the mileage - but definitely before the first oil change on the new car the front passenger brake started squeaking on breaking. Sounds like a standard squeak like when the disks don't have desqueek on them. Nothing critical and I have lived with it until something else came up - but there is no excuse for brand new brakes to squeak like that
Update from May 12, 2009: Dealer says they cannot reproduce the problem - but its in for other things and they will keep playing with it
Update from Jun 3, 2009: did I mention that this was intermittent? well, it stopped for the entire 3 days they had my car. Came right back the next day. Dealer says they cannot fix it unless it happens while they are looking at it (grrr)
Its fairly constant again and I will follow up when I feel like wasting another day at the dealer

Got the car, had 13 miles on it. Around one thousand miles I started noticing noises from the front end, especially in slow turns, but I'm only allowed one issue so to make a long story short, the car now has 57000 miles on it and I have replaced the brakes 3 times. Now that I paid it off the warranty obviously irrelevant so this last time I said "screw it", youtube'd it and replaced the pads and rotors myself. Pretty damn easy thing to do by the way. This car is a pile of sh*t and has got me thinking Japanese for my next vehicle.
